Bellevue Conner Building sells for $4.1M
A Bellevue-based investor in area apartment projects paid $4.1 million for The Conner Building in downtown Bellevue. The purchaser, Longwell Co., plans to redevelop the half-acre site at 846 108th Ave. N.E. into a high-rise apartment project at some point, according to a news release from Grubb & Ellis commercial real estate firm.
