Luxury golf community aims to dig out of rough
A Boston-based investment group and Webster Bank are betting at least several million dollars that a new development team can build and sell $1 million-plus homes surrounding Hingham’s Black Rock Country Club even as the recession pummels speculative real estate ventures.
