How To Get What You Want!
My favorite part about real estate investing is that I get to make money by helping people. As an investor you get paid for being a problem solver during some of life's toughest times; what I call the 4 D's: death, divorce, downsizing, or debt. It is typically one of these D's that separates a traditional seller from someone seeking more creative means to unload a property.
