Zalewski leverages 12 years of financial reporting experience to run Condo Vultures, his first business
Anticipating the housing bust, Peter Zalewski devised a catchy name for a real estate company that specializes in foreclosed properties: Condo Vultures. Zalewski brokers deals, consults and produces a newsletter and blog under the Condo Vultures name. He launched the Bal Harbour-based company in 2006 after working as a journalist, which included a stint as associate editor at the Business Journal.
