Atlanta real estate firms fined in race case
Coldwell Banker Joe T. Lane Realty Inc. and Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty Company Inc. and former real estate agent Rodney Lee Foreman will pay $160,000 to settle allegations they illegally steered prospective homebuyers toward and away from certain neighborhoods based on race, the U.S. Justice Department said Wednesday.
